During the 17th century, a period of starvation stroke the poor workers of Lyon. In despair, they gathered towards the Town Hall to ask the counselors for help. When they got there, they found the doors closed and locked.
Tony Tomachot, one of the strongest workers, got furious and tried to smash the doors. After a few strikes, he decided to try with his bum. The crowd encouraging him, Tony finally opened the doors. The workers told the counselors that they needed food and they got the promise that the doors would always open, from now on, if they needed help.
In the morrow, a door knob was ordered and the craftsman decided that the legend of Tony should stay on the door for centuries:
